Staying connected: eMinistry outreach

Living 100% off the grid during the COVID-19 lockdown may sound very romantic and appealing, but you need to know what you are doing and be experienced in this kind of choice.

We are thankful that the hard lockdown phase-5 in South Africa has come down to where we are at now, phase-1. The lockdown has not just posed a huge financial challenge to many of us but has also separated people.

The Leeuwners too were affected by it with Sandra (BIBLIA Hout Bay) working in Cape Town at the moment and Jaco (IMPAK Cape Town Metro) in Namakwaland. They take special note of friends and family in other countries who are also heavily affected by the COVID challenge.

The Drommedaris (photo at the top) has been converted into an 8-seat transporter, sleeping cabin, or mobile office pending the need. With wi-fi and 12/220V onboard, the view on top of a hill when you chase an internet signal is sometimes not too bad – it does bring its insect challenge though!

IMSA National’s Think Tank (photo in the middle) is doing well with South African Biblia the first ministries to benefit from this business and ministry consultation service.

Pastoral counseling and the use of various tools in this all-important need of society (photo at the bottom) is a high priority. Here Sandra is part of a webinar and teaching on how to apply emotional logic as a tool.
