We praise the Lord for the ministry of Gert Tredoux, Port Welfare Officer of Biblia Saldanha. For a long time Gert has not been able to get back on the ships since the COVID pandemic, and because of his age (above 60) he was restricted to the café in the port.
But it didn’t stop him from spreading the gospel! He kept on ministering there for the past year. Gert also recently visited the harbour master and talked to her about Jesus. She made a commitment to the Lord and took a Bible. Just after the Biblia Retreat in Wellington, Gert got the good news that she was allowing him back on the ships!
Please pray for our seafarers worldwide to have an open heart for the gospel and go on praying – not only for Ukrainian seafarers and families, but for everyone in Ukraine, even the Russians, as the Spirit leads the prayer warriors to pray for them, and the ending of this senseless war.
